On December 6, the 8th Business of IP Asia Forum was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. More than 80 world famous guest speakers shared their viewpoints at the two-day forum and more than 2,500 IP professionals and business leaders participated. CVTE showed up at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area session and delivered a keynote speech.

The Business of IP Asia Forum is an ideal platform for intellectual property professionals and businesses around the world that is co-hosted by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and Hong Kong Design Center. The forum conducted an exchange centering on the latest development of intellectual property. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, Chief Executive of Hong Kong, pointed out in her speech the upsurge in the intellectual property creation and transaction volume in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Belt and Road Initiative will bring Hong Kong tremendous opportunities and help it become the center of intellectual property transaction in the Asia-Pacific region.

Owing to the continuous protection for intellectual property and numerous honors, Ms. Zhuang Zhe, Deputy General Manager and Chief Legal Officer of CVTE, was invited to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area session and delivered a speech entitled “Listed Enterprise Intellectual Property Strategy and Management Experience”.

In her speech, Ms. Zhuang Zhe introduced the history, business layout, employee structure, and private brand influence of CVTE and shared the intellectual property strategy and management experience of CVTE as a listed company. The speech was greeted by the business representatives at the session with its content about innovation incentives, results, technological accumulation, and intellectual property strategies.

By continuing consolidating its existing intellectual property achievements, CVTE will be more active in intellectual property protection, increase the investment in intellectual property and continue improving its capability to management and utilize intellectual property to promote its sustainable development.
